Of interest:
1) On the sound effect library CD, the sound we used for the background ambience of the station was titled 'Interior spaceship'. Just to make it sound sci-fi and futuristic.
2) The series broadcast each Monday to Thursday, so every 4th episode led to a break over the weekend. We thought we'd throw in the odd cliffhanger, which is why episode 8 finishes the way it does. Don't worry - Mata survives. There were 88 more episodes after this one.
